Biotechnological applications range from developing “Green Chemistry technologies”/processes, developing antimicrobial systems, and systems/and or products for preventing, monitoring and therapy of oxidative stress related human diseases (cancer, cardiovascular, respiratory, atherosclerosis, diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases).
